GND 2 SCL 3 SDA 4 VIN:3.3～5V ただしI2Cの電圧もVINになるため、I2Cに合わせる必要がある。
3.3V～5Vで動作するようにI2Cレベルシフト回路＋LOD3.3V入り。 ※3.3V入力の場合、AHT20の駆動電圧が少し下がる。
